Our Faculty Member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yunus SANTUR Meets the Industry in a Live Space Broadcast on the X Platform with Ekofin and Smartinfo Representatives

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yunus SANTUR, a faculty member of our department specializing in financial technologies, participated as a guest in a live Space broadcast on the X platform alongside representatives from the innovative ventures Ekofin and Smartinfo. The broadcast focused on the role, applications, and impact of artificial intelligence, data science, and software technologies in the FinTech ecosystem, as well as recent technological advancements in the field. The session attracted participation from prominent industry representatives and an audience of approximately 3,000 listeners. Lasting around 2.5 hours, the broadcast featured a q&a session and discussions on potential r&d collaborations between Fırat University’s Artificial Intelligence and Data Engineering Department and the FinTech sector. Opportunities for internships and employment aimed at students were also highlighted.
