The Department Website Responsibility entails managing the content of the department’s website to ensure that academic, administrative, and student-related activities are presented in an up-to-date, accurate, and accessible manner.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

Content Updates:

To ensure timely and accurate updates of content such as announcements, events, academic calendars, exam schedules, course descriptions, and faculty information.

Publication of Committee and Coordination Information:

To regularly publish information, duty lists, and contact details of departmental committees and coordinators.

Visual and File Management:

To manage posters, visual materials, and PDF/documents on the webpage, present them appropriately, and ensure that all links function properly.

Monitoring External Links and Integrations:

To verify the accuracy of links integrated with central university systems (SIS, Bologna, Erasmus, etc.) and ensure effective user redirection.

Maintaining a User-Friendly Structure:

To keep the website simple, accessible, and user-oriented, and to propose structural improvements based on feedback.

Coordination with Content Contributors:

To collaborate with committees, faculty members, and the department secretary to gather and update content regularly.

Security and Compliance:

To ensure that all information published on the website adheres to the university’s institutional communication principles and data privacy policies.
