The Social Media and Website Committee is responsible for actively managing the department’s social media accounts and website in line with its institutional identity, in order to carry out promotional activities, announce current developments, and establish effective communication with the public.
Website Updates:
To regularly update content on the department’s website such as announcements, events, academic staff, course plans, and committee information.
Social Media Content Management:
To share departmental activities, events, and achievements through official social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, etc.).
Event Promotion:
To prepare and publish promotional content before and after events such as conferences, seminars, workshops, alumni meetings, and similar activities.
Visual and Text Design:
To create original, engaging, and informative visuals, descriptions, and announcement posters for use in posts.
Content Calendar Development:
To design a content calendar and plan the timing of posts to ensure regular and balanced sharing.
Feedback and Engagement Monitoring:
To monitor follower comments, messages, and engagement rates, evaluate feedback, and provide responses or guidance when necessary.
Compliance with Institutional Identity:
To ensure that all posts align with the university’s institutional communication policies and visual identity guidelines.
English Content Support:
To provide English content or translation support for the website or social media channels when needed.
