Nutrition Scholarship Coordinator

Purpose:

The Nutrition Scholarship Coordination Office is responsible for ensuring that nutrition scholarships offered to students in need of financial support are managed in a fair, transparent, and needs-based manner. It coordinates the application and evaluation processes to contribute to improving students’ quality of university life.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

Managing the Application Process:

To inform students during the nutrition scholarship application periods, collect applications, and ensure that all required documents are submitted completely.

Assessing Financial Need:

To review the financial documents submitted by students, conduct preliminary evaluations, and rank candidates based on objective criteria.

Monitoring Scholarship Quotas:

To monitor the available nutrition scholarship quotas allocated at the university or department level, determine eligible candidate lists, and forward them to the relevant units.

Communication and Information:

To promptly inform students about whether they have been granted the scholarship and provide clear explanations about the process.

Tracking Updates:

To follow updates regarding new regulations, changes in quotas, or policy revisions related to nutrition scholarships and ensure timely communication of these updates.

Reporting:

To document data related to the application and evaluation processes, prepare periodic reports, and share them with the department administration.
