The Graduation, Promotion, Social and Scientific Activities Committee works to support students not only in their academic development but also in social, cultural, and scientific aspects; to organize the graduation process; and to effectively promote the department to internal and external stakeholders.
Graduation Ceremony Organization:
To plan the graduation ceremony held at the end of each academic year, prepare the event program, ensure communication with graduating students, and coordinate all logistics related to the ceremony.
Promotional Activities:
To prepare promotional materials for prospective students, set up information stands during admission periods, and carry out activities to strengthen the image of the university and the department.
Organizing Social Events:
To organize and implement events such as trips, picnics, talks, film screenings, and tournaments to enhance social interaction and a sense of belonging among students.
Conducting Scientific Activities:
To organize scientific events such as conferences, seminars, panels, and workshops, and to support academic contributions from faculty members and students.
Collaboration with Internal and External Stakeholders:
To develop activities that support students’ professional development in cooperation with alumni, industry representatives, NGOs, and other universities.
Creating an Activity Calendar:
To create a calendar of all social and scientific events for the academic year and plan the content and task distribution accordingly.
Certificates and Reporting:
To prepare participation certificates after events, write activity reports, and publish relevant announcements via the department’s website or social media when necessary.
