The Internal and External Stakeholder Collaboration Committee works to establish effective communication and develop cooperation areas with internal stakeholders (students, faculty members, administrative staff) and external stakeholders (alumni, employers, industry representatives, public and private institutions) in order to support the department’s education, research, and community engagement activities. It also aims to incorporate stakeholder feedback into academic development processes.

Managing Feedback Processes:
To collect, analyze, and utilize stakeholder opinions through surveys, focus group meetings, and interviews, and reflect findings in departmental improvement efforts.
Developing Cooperation Areas:
To encourage and coordinate collaborations with external stakeholders in activities such as internships, joint projects, seminars, mentoring programs, and technical visits.
Communication with Alumni:
To organize events that keep alumni connected with the department, gather their feedback, and share their success stories with current students.
Organizing Stakeholder Meetings:
To hold regular meetings with stakeholders to exchange information on the department’s educational goals, program outcomes, and evolving needs.
Contributing to Quality Assurance Processes:
To document and report stakeholder feedback for use in MÜDEK, YÖKAK, and other quality assurance and accreditation processes.
