Exemption and Adjustment Procedures
For our newly enrolled students who wish to apply for the exemption of courses they have successfully completed at any Higher Education Institution, their course exemption petitions must be submitted to the Department Secretariat by the end of working hours on Thursday, September 10, 2026, in order for their exemption and adjustment procedures to be carried out.
In the petition, the previously taken course(s) along with the corresponding course(s) in our department curriculum for which exemption is requested must be filled out completely, and wet-signed/stamped transcripts or QR-coded transcript documents obtained via the e-Government Gateway must be attached to the petition.
