The eligibility evaluation of the company/institution where the internship will be carried out will be conducted by our Applied Engineering Education and Professional Practice Commission. Therefore:
1. Form 1, available under the Internship Documents section on our website (https://yzvm.firat.edu.tr/en/page/30666), must be signed by both the student and the company/institution where the internship will be carried out. The hard copies with wet signatures must be kept. This form will be submitted to our Commission at a later stage.
2. The signed/stamped form must be scanned and uploaded as a single PDF file by filling out the form available at https://forms.gle/uhGFxVxpZ7NEB37fA. Access to this form is possible only via your student email address.
3. The eligibility feedback regarding the institution where you will do your internship will be sent to your student email address.
4. If the received response is APPROVED (ONAY), a PDF printout of the email must be taken and kept.
Internship periods and insurance processing dates will be announced later.
For students who will complete their internship twice at the same company or institution, with a total of 40 working days, filling out a single form at this stage is sufficient. However, during the internship application and insurance procedures, these will be evaluated as two separate internships.
