Students are required to plan their internship applications according to the insurance registration dates listed below. Applications for each period must be completed no later than one week before the respective insurance registration date. Late applications will not be processed for the corresponding period.
Insurance Registration Dates:
1st Period: June 30, 2025
2nd Period: July 21, 2025
3rd Period: August 11, 2025 (Updated)
4th Period: To be announced later in accordance with the 2025–2026 academic calendar.
The summer internship application process will be carried out entirely online, without the need for physical submission of documents. However, all documents must be kept readily available in case they are requested at a later stage. Please read each step carefully and prepare your documents accurately and completely.
STEP 1: Students must first receive approval for internship placement from the company/institution they wish to intern with. Once approved, the company must complete FORM-I. All required information must be fully filled out, and the form must be signed and stamped by the company/institution.

STEP 2: After FORM-I is completed, the student must fill out the Commission Approval Form using their institutional student email address and upload the signed and stamped scanned copy of FORM-I. If the internship placement is deemed suitable by the commission, an approval email will be sent. Rejected applications will also be notified via email.

STEP 3: Students who receive approval from the commission must download the approval email as a PDF printout and upload it along with the required documents listed below through the internship application form. Students must log in to the application form using their institutional email address. All documents must be in the specified order and combined into a single PDF file, named as: “StudentNumber_NameSurname.pdf”. The Eligibility Certificate (Müstahaklık Belgesi) can be obtained via the e-Government portal (turkiye.gov.tr). FORM-II must also be filled out accurately and be both signed and stamped.

• Information and Consent Form for Unemployment Fund Contribution to Internship Wages (FORM-II)
• Eligibility Certificate (to be obtained via e-Government portal)

Students who complete their internships during the summer term will be eligible to enroll in the Professional Practice-I course in the Fall semester of the 2025–2026 academic year. Within the scope of this course, students will be evaluated based on their internship reports and presentations to be delivered to the designated commission on the announced dates. The internship report template, presentation template, and all other required documents related to internships can be accessed via the Internship Documents section.
